Team

Our Team is made up of two CAPS (Certified Aging in Place) contractors, Bert Bond and David Hickman who have over 40 years of combined experience in fiberglass repair, construction, carpenter craftsmanship and engineering. Added to the construction team is Nicole A. Morgan, OTR. She brings over 10 years of clinical experience having practiced in various healthcare settings including, in patient rehab and home health. She is a certified Home Modification Specialist and holds the CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) designation with the National Home Builder’s Association. The combined clinical and constructional expertise is what makes LifeTime Designs unique with its scope of services. A comprehensive home evaluation is completed by the Occupational Therapist with a contractor always present if needed. Recommendations are made based on an individual’s need; ranging from physical needs to visual needs, level of independence, level of safety and future outcomes to age in place. Each modification job is coordinated by the clinical expertise of the Occupational Therapist to ensure that the modifications are done to meet each client’s needs in order for them to, remain independent or gain independence, reduce fall risks and increase safety in the home, allowing them to age in place.
